PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay by using any of the following credit or debit cards:

All orders will be charged in pounds (£). Please contact your bank for current rates

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please allow us 7-10 working days for your delivery during sale rush time periods. Please note our delivery timeframes are not from the date you place your order, as we can take up to 3 working days to dispatch your order as our items are cut-to-order so please take this into consideration.

Our typical delivery timeframe is 2-5 working days once dispatched via standard Royal Mail.

Standard Delivery: All UK orders will incur a £3.95 charge; this is the same no matter how large the order is.

International Delivery: This will be calculated for you at checkout, please feel free to contact us via Live Chat for your specific country if it is not shown at the check-out

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We always try and ensure that all stock is available when ordered. We have high demands for our goods and sometimes we run out of stocks faster than we expect. To avoid disappointment, we advise you to order as soon as possible. Our items are cut-to-order so please allow time for this; we will do our best to get your item to you as soon as possible without compromising quality.

At the time of dispatch, if an item(s) is out of stock, we try to contact customer by phone or email, please make sure to provide all contact details at the time of order. In case of wrong contact details provided or getting no response from customer, Fabric Giant reserve the right to cancel out of stock items and send the rest of the order or send a suitable similar substitute fabric.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your fabrics, but if you change your mind about them, please contact us in the first instance at sales@fabricgiant.com stating your full name, order number, contact number and a brief description. Alternatively, you can call us on 0113 8347 115 and we will advise you how best to proceed. Please do not post your items back to us without contacting us first as in some instances you may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds for cut fabric or ribbon are discretionary unless faulty or damaged and not for any other reason as it will have been cut to your specific requirements and may incur a 25% charge on the item you wish to return.

Please note fabrics which are woven from natural fibres have characteristics and other irregularities in the yarns which are features and not therefore treated as weaving faults.

This does not affect your legal rights, including your claim to a refund or replacement, where goods are faulty.

Refunds may take up to 3 days to be processed from the date of us receiving the return.
